This SEO pillar page quickly turned into our top performer (after the home page) within just a month of going live, bringing in the highest volume of organic search traffic. I also developed the content topic cluster strategy that this page is built around, which increased organic traffic by 152% and grew organic keywords by 55% in 8 months
2. Why You're Data-Rich and Insights Poor - Showpad
I collaborated closely with our product team on this blog post, the first in a four-part series, to set the stage for a major data and analytics product release. This mini blog campaign amplified our launch announcement and set the bar for future tier-one releases.
3. How to Calculate and Decrease Customer Churn Rate - Smile.io
This was a complete rewrite of an outdated blog post that had lost valuable keywords. After I revamped and optimized the content for SEO, we successfully reclaimed those keywords and achieved a top-ten ranking.

1. Promega Boosts Buyer Engagement with Showpad and People Productions - Showpad
This case study showcases the new multimedia format I brought to Showpad, highlighting a customer-focused video that puts the customer at the centre of their success story. This approach boosted engagement, offered long-term content distribution options (like video clips for social media and retargeting ads), and set the standard for future case studies.
This customer story is part of a magazine-style interview series I started while at Showpad, bringing a fresh twist to the usual case study format. The Panasonic story let us shine a spotlight on two passionate customer advocates, boosting engagement and reinforcing our image as a customer-focused brand.
3. Top Energy Corporation Revolutionizes Maintenance Support - Saving $6.7 Annually
Sometimes you have a GREAT customer story, but the customer can't be involved in sharing it. This case study shows how I put together a compelling narrative for an anonymous customer by focusing on the challenges they faced, the solution we implemented, and the multi-million dollar results that followed.

This guide served as the cornerstone asset in a high-performing demand generation campaign. I collaborated with internal SMEs from engineering, research, solutions, and product teams to create a valuable educational lead magnet tailored for our technical audience of AI developers and IT decision-makers.
2. Your Complete Sales Onboarding Game Plan - Showpad
This guide was the main lead magnet for a demand generation campaign promoting our sales coaching solution. I leaned into the coaching theme by using sports coaching metaphors in this "Game Plan," making it a fun and engaging piece that really connected with our audience. This creative approach made the guide more appealing and helped communicate the value of our coaching solution in a memorable way.
3. A Seller's Guide to Better Buyer Engagement - Showpad
This downloadable checklist was part of a persona-based demand generation campaign I worked on. Each checklist came with personalized blog posts, social media content, and ad copy aimed at our target personas: sellers, marketers, and sales enablement professionals. This integrated approach helped us generate high-quality leads by making sure our content matched the specific needs and interests of our audiences.
